Doha, Qatar French Catering Company Full time

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum two years’ experience as Sandwich Maker or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, Hospitals, Event management & Catering Contractor.
- Prior experience **in a hospital/healthcare setting **is an added advantage.
- Having knowledge and skills in the preparation of Patient/ Diet food.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To prepare different types of sandwiches to be served as per the recipes given.
- To ensure timely pre-preparation / mis-en-place (wash, clean, cut vegetables, fruits, Cheeses) as per set menu and within the set cost
- To ensure quality, quantity and hygienic food is served with particular emphasis on presentation. To try and ensure minimum / no wastage (excess food balance).
- To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in a dangerous state.
- To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE meetings.
- Requisitions supplies daily.
- To ensure proper grooming and hygiene.
- To sort out stores and maintain stores including vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner.
- To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
