**Role Purpose**: The Infrastructure Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems, particularly those supporting customer-facing IT departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure.
- Plan the annual budget for IT infrastructure.
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for infrastructure projects.
- Manage Cybersecurity framework and controls.
- Possess sound knowledge of ISMS ISO 27001, QSF 2022, NIA, etc.
- Interact and manage relationships with National Agencies.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), technical evaluation criteria, and procurement requests for IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop infrastructure strategy aligned with business needs.
- Implement continuous improvement programs for IT.
- Ensure system performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Provide technical expertise for tactical and operational initiatives.
- Manage strategic relationships with IT product and service providers.
- Assess the impact of IT industry trends on current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions.
- Analyze trends and develop long-range plans to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
- Coordinate with project team members for time allocation and prioritization.
- Lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing technology systems to meet business needs.

**Required Competencies**:

- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
- Experience managing a PMO responsible for multiple, complex projects.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.
- Project or Program Management qualification (e.g., MCSE, PMP, ITIL).

**Salary**: QAR1.00 - QAR5.00 per month
