Duties
1. Work with the LOC team to achieve operational targets as set out by the client
2.Overview the service network to mitigate and initiate recovery responses as and when needed
3.Ensure continuous vehicle monitoring is carried out effectively to provide the best possible assistance in case of any deviation or diversion from the normal operational plan.
4.Ensure a satisfactory balance of On Time Performance (OTP), interdependency and customer service in line with the clientsrequirements
5.Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with Operations and Depot teams
6.Lead daily on time performance meetings with relevant stakeholders to review and correct any operational problems while providing feedback to help optimize the schedule and prevent recurrent delays

Experience
- Preferably work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
- Previous experience within an event environment is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fleet operation: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervisor/Team leader: 5 years (preferred)
