Job Purpose: - Be responsible & accountable for Sales & Marketing within Qatar region. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - To be as a motivated Front Sales TEAM member with only positive attitude and specific focus on Solutions, have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives. - Generates opportunities aggressively as TL for Solutions [such as Automation level 3 & 4 [ Plant Information Management Systems / Manufacturing Execution Systems] especially Qatar Region in country office of Qatar, to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives/targets. - To closely work with YQA cross functional teams like Accounts, TSD for LCA, Training, and new business. - To Manage CRM updates/ Visit updates in Server Access regularly. - Continuously improve the Front Sales operations in YQA. - Supports the AGM/Head Solution Sales & Marketing in making the day-to-day decisions of the Solution business in Qatar. - To support on FEED along with team, POC, site surveys for replacement standalone/combined with system or RSD projects and fully support and attend TQ meetings/presentations with customers, as agreed with AGM- Solutions S&M. - To support and Manage both Internal/External audit for Solutions. - To attend the Sales weekly/monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts/issues/concern among the DEB Sales TEAM. - To maintain the Solution blueprint for entire Qatar region for Front Sales to achieve consistent better performance. - To have quarterly meetings on the performance and do SWOT analysis for achieving continuous improvement to meet the Sales objectives. - To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stake holders. - To maintain Sales Visit and Visit plan report with actions for further follow-up until concluding the order. Qualification and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Chemical Engineering - 10 years of experience in Sales with min.5 years in Solution Sales preferable. - Qatar Market experience is added advantage including the DL. - Experience on Yokogawa / Competition Solutions preferable - Relationship up to C- Level with Major Accounts preferred. Competencies - Fluency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and Word. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
