**Job Summary and Purpose**:
To support the functional experts (Officers) on coordination of the warehousing activities for the organization as well as joint venture companies and assigned to improve the Warehouse Management Structures and its processes. As a support staff, to assist in resolving any issues that come up, through working to ensure complete compliance with departmental policies and procedures and by completing any assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner.

- Assists in WMS data collection in uploading template
- Rearranging and optimizing the existing storage spares
- Labeling and marking the locations
- Assisting to check the weight of the items
- Taking care of warehouse housekeeping
- Active participant in daily tool box talk
- Assisting to operate forklift and other handling equipment's
- Perform safe and secure operations
