We are hiring a qualified **HSE Officer** for long-term projects in **Qatar**, with a strong background in **power plants** and **outage shutdowns**.

**Location**: Qatar
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years (in power/energy sector)
**Mandatory**:

- Valid **KAHRAMAA HSE approval**:

- **NEBOSH IGC Certification**:

- Power plant and **shutdown/outage** experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce **HSE compliance** at live project sites
- Ensure proper safety practices during **outage shutdowns**:

- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Liaise with KAHRAMAA and site supervisors to ensure permit compliance
- Promote safety awareness and preventive actions among the workforce
- KAHRAMAA-approved HSE Officer (must-have)
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (must-have)
- Minimum **5 years of HSE experience**, with focus on power plants/outages
- Familiarity with GCC HSE regulations and documentation
- Currently residing in **Qatar** with valid work authorization
