**Team Leader - IT & Telecom**

Job Summary:
Team Leader - IT & Telecom Products Sales is responsible for managing a dedicated sales team focused on promoting and selling IT and telecom products. This role requires a blend of strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and sales expertise. The Team Leader will drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee the execution of sales strategies within the team.

**Qualifications: Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and telecom product sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT and telecom sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT and telecom products, including hardware, software, and services. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and relevant sales methodologies. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT and telecom industries.
- Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and team requirements. Commitment to staying updated with the latest technology and sales techniques.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
- Salary - to be discussed during the interview - based on experience
