Looking for Junior Planning Engineer/Piping for one of our RLIC project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
- Collect, compile, and share daily reports from various departments or teams.
- Monitor and update daily manpower deployment and attendance records.
- Act as the liaison between the site and head office or management team.
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and manpower utilization.
- Support the Site Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with vendors or subcontractors, if required, for site activities.

**Mandatory criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in site coordination or a similar role.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting, etc.).**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Valid QID (Qatar ID) is mandatory.**:

- **Immediate availability is required.**
