The opportunity

Project: This is a conceptualised villages project in the heart and outskirts of Doha.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking stakeholder manager to join our established and growing team in Qatar.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing, communications, community relations, advocacy, and stakeholder relations programs and strategic plans.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and neighbours to ensure they are well informed and engaged in all phases of the project, from planning and through construction.
- Communicating with all internal and external stakeholders of the project, including local authorities and government departments.
- Interfacing and liaising with different parties to ensure effective completion of the project.
- Building and directing an effective team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organization’s goals.
- Providing expert advice, on stakeholder engagement, both within and externally to relevant parties.

About you

You will have a relevant degree qualification and be a member of a professional body. You have experience as a stakeholder manager.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have a construction or cost consultancy project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
