Summary:
The **Project IT Manager** will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT-related projects (internal and external) along with IT related activates, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and project management methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Monitor progress using project management tools and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure all projects meet compliance, security, and quality standards.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with upper management for internal related activities and tasks
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong technical background with understanding of IT systems, networking, and/or software development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
