**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all activities within the scaffolding yard, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Schedule and oversee the delivery and collection of scaffolding materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate necessary actions.
- Train and mentor yard staff on proper procedures for handling, storing, and maintaining scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize yard operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, equipment usage, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding yard operations, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or scaffolding industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of scaffolding materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping systems.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must have drivers’ license for 10-ton truck, Telescopic/counterbalance forklift truck.
- Must have a strong focus and understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Have current/valid First Aid Training certificates.
- Basic computer skills would be an advantage.

**Salary**: From QAR5,000.00 per month
