Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and implement company strategies. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing business processes, and maintaining compliances. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for customer relations, budgeting, and achieving operational targets. The role also involves coordinating with international branches and subsidiaries to align business goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial position
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
