Position : Technical Support Engineer - Server and Storage

Contract : August 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026

**Server & Storage Team**

**Job Purpose**: Looking for a Server administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing servers and storage. The resource supports the operational activities and other proactive actions ensuring IT services over the infrastructure, are reliable and uninterrupted.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administering and supporting of Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms including Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V etc.
- Patch management and antivirus solutions management
- Manage Backup and restore activities
- Incident response and resolution
- Support infrastructure projects and ensure complying with established procedures and standards

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Essential qualifications include a degree or diploma in Information Technology or related fields with 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux server administration.
- Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, and Nutanix NCP/NCM are required.
- Hands-on experience in developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible is preferred.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
