**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Network & System Administration**
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, routers (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Administer servers (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing

**Cloud & Data Management**
- Oversee cloud infrastructure Azure in particular backups, and storage
- Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Manage permissions, user access controls, and secure data sharing

**Security Systems & Surveillance**
- Install and maintain CCTV systems and DVR/NVR setups
- Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation, expansion, or troubleshooting
- Support access control systems (RFID, biometric, etc.)

**Cybersecurity**
- Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity threats, ensure antivirus/firewall protection
- Conduct regular vulnerability checks and security audits
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and data protection policies

**Technical Support**
- Provide Level 1-3 support to users across all departments
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Train staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness

**Documentation & Asset Management**
- Maintain updated records of IT inventory and licenses
- Prepare regular system reports and IT incident logs
- Assist in budgeting for hardware/software procurement and upgrades

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- **CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)** - preferred
- **CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)** - preferred
- Additional certifications in **Microsoft, CompTIA, or cybersecurity** are a plus

**Experience**
- **3-5 years of IT administration experience**, ideally in a trading or multi-branch business
- Hands-on experience with **networking, cloud, security systems, and CCTV**:

- Experience with ERP or trading software integration is an advantage

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and server management
- Familiar with CCTV technologies and basic setup/configuration
- Working knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, and virtualization tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and support multiple business units in a fast-paced environment
