Major Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage mechanics and workshop staff, ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and up to standard.
- Develop and implement procedures for drivers' performance evaluations and continuous improvement.
- Review safety and incident reports to identify trends and implement corrective measures.
- Train new drivers on safety protocols, company vehicle policies.
- Manage the procurement, registration, and licensing of all company vehicles.
- Develop strategies to reduce fleet costs and maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and fuel usage.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Interior (MOl) and Department of Transport regulations.
- Schedule routine vehicle maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and operational readiness.
- Enforce maintenance timelines to minimize downtime and maintain delivery schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate driver's behavior to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time monitoring of driver activity and vehicle locations.
- Update service logs with information on parts, labor, and customer requests.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role managing large fleets.
- Education qualification: B.Tech ( Automobile Engineering)
- Proven experience in handling garage operations, coordinating with mechanics, and ov
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise drivers and ensui
- Good knowledge of fleet management systems, preventive maintenance, and local com
- Must possess a valid Qatar Light Motor Driving License.
- Age limit: 30-45 years old
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary: QAR 5,000/- (QAR. FIVE THOUSAND ONLY)
- Transportation ( Car) will be provided by the company with the fuel.
- Company will provide Hamad Medical Corporation Card for Medical Services.
- Yearly return ticket for vacation Yearly 21 days vacation benefitsGratuity as per Qatar labor law

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
