**Responsibilities**: As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be leading technical discovery and analysis workshops with specific government entities. Your role will involve constructing a comprehensive view of the existing "As-Is" architecture for each government entity, collaborating with Product and Functional teams to develop target process flows while considering their technical feasibility. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of requirements analysis and technical solution architecture and integration expertise, you will translate these processes into technical requirements, integration data requirements, and API specifications. Additionally, you will consider the maturity level of the existing architecture and any constraints or limitations of the government entities to devise the optimal target integration approach. You will also be responsible for supporting the engineering/development teams during the implementation phase of these solutions, effectively acting as a bridge between the functional and development teams. You will optimize the solution, address queries or concerns, resolve any dependencies and guide the respective development teams, shaping and refining the solution. **Qualifications**: - Extensive experience in technical product management, particularly in the context of large-scale government or enterprise projects. - Strong background in requirements analysis and technical integration. - Proven ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of API development and integration. - In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), current trends, and best practices. - Experience as a Senior Enterprise and Solution Architect. - Comprehensive understanding of user authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2 grant types. - Expertise in API security, including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Basic authentication, etc. - Proficient in different architecture styles, including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Microservices-based architecture. - Technical familiarity with payment processes, including payment gateways. - Technical familiarity with Business Process Management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. **Activities & Deliverables**: - **Conduct As-Is Technical Workshops**: Analyze the existing architecture, technology landscape, and APIs. - **Conduct To-Be Technical Workshops**: Present and finalize the target integration approach. - **Determine and Agree on Target API Approach**: Decide whether to use existing APIs, enhance current APIs, or develop new ones. - **Produce Target Solution Data and API Specifications**: Create detailed specifications for the target solution's data and APIs. - **Produce Data Classifications**: Classify data exchanged between the Stakeholders - **Technical Product Management**: Optimize the solution, address queries or concerns, resolve dependencies and guide the respective engineering teams, shaping and refining the solution.
