We are looking for a Production Manager who is experienced in Events and Exhibitions and responsible for overseeing and managing the production of all events, from concept to execution. This includes coordinating logistics, managing production teams, handling budgets, and ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of events. The role requires exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for events, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with clients, event planners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand event goals and requirements.
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of the event, such as venue setup, equipment rentals, and technical requirements (audio, visual, lighting).
- Manage production timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and all necessary resources are available.
- Supervise production teams, including technical staff, crew members, and contractors, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Ensure that all events are executed within the allocated budget and find cost-effective solutions when needed.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for events.
- Conduct site visits and venue assessments to ensure the space meets event requirements.
- Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the production event, ensuring the event runs smoothly.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during the event production process.
- Manage post-event evaluations and provide feedback for improvements in future production.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for exhibitions, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
