**Job Overview**:
As a Commission Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing sales to help grow our agency. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for creativity and a strong sales acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our services and value proposition.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular updates on progress and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Passion for creative industries and understanding of design and marketing concepts.

**Compensation**:
