We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with a **proven track record in the hotel industry**. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and other public spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also to prepare reports on a routine basis.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment is essential.
- Outstanding team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to work a variety of shifts as needed.

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
