- Identify new corporate accounts, potential vendors for staffing business in Qatar and get contracts.
- Meet staffing requirements and close positions.
- Build new business through proactive calls and meetings.
- Achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
- Handling accounts with contractor staffing needs, ongoing support & leveraging your network.
- Preparing Sales plan (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and achieve the agreed sales target in your assigned areas.
- Build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Procurement Managers / Decision Makers etc, to close the deal.
- Prepare and follow daily reports with team on sales calls, client's actions, agreement, deliveries.
- Writing Business Proposals/ analytical papers as and when required.
- Assist with drafting the personnel and staffing sections of the proposal, formatting CVs, partnering with technical development staff in drafting summary statements highlighting the team's technical expertise and experience.
