As an ICT Project Coordinator, your role will involve overseeing and coordinating the execution of various information and communication technology (ICT) projects within an organization. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion and delivery of high-quality results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure effective project implementation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, taking appropriate corrective actions.

Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.

Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure availability of resources as per project requirements.

Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments to optimize project performance.

Identify and engage project stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure their involvement in key project decisions.

Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to project deliverables.

Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or deviations.

Coordinate testing, acceptance, and implementation of ICT solutions to ensure they meet the required specifications.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests.

Generate regular project status reports, highlighting key metrics, risks, and issues.

Compile post-project evaluation reports, documenting lessons learned and recommending process improvements.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in ICT project management.

Knowledge of ICT systems, infrastructure,

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to commute/relocate:
