Job Title: Travel Consultant

**Job Description**:
As a Travel Consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment, offering personalized travel solutions and advice to our diverse clientele. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the travel planning process, managing bookings, and addressing any issues or changes that may occur. Our agency takes pride in offering exceptional service, so your role will be key in maintaining and enhancing our reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized travel advice and consultations based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
- Offer clear, detailed advice on passport, visa, and insurance requirements, as well as other travel-related topics such as currency, local customs, and weather conditions.
- Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and hospitality services.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on suitable travel options considering their budget and preferences.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Attend conferences and training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and industry contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement strategies to reach potential clients and promote the agency's services.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software and computer reservation systems.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-versed in various areas of travel (international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.)
- Ability to handle stress and stay organized under pressure.
- A diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.

**Salary**: From QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
