**Project** Description**:

- Information and Document Systems is a global technology change and delivery organization comprising nearly 200 individuals located mostly in Switzerland, Poland and Singapore. Providing global capturing and document processing, archiving and retrieval solutions to all business divisions focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory and Operational functions. At the moment developing strategic greenfield project to build large-scale digital archive for documents and records, that will gradually replace all existing archiving solutions in the bank, and to build an operational document store, that should become a single point of truth for document workflows. The whole system must scale linearly, be fault-tolerant, and handle petabytes of data. Within our organization, you would be working on the Product Development project, with the SCRUM Teams consisting of Developers, DevOps, Business Analysts and Quality Analysts/Testers.
- Technologies and frameworks used:
- Development is based on Scala, Java and Javascript language
- Our program has implemented Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with focus on sub-streams/projects working in SCRUM
- JIRA, Confluence, PPM tools, GitHub would be mostly used by you on a daily basis
- Event Driven Architecture with Kafka as event store and Kafka Streams for event streaming
- Reactive streams for streaming data over HTTP: Akka HTTP/Streams
- Non-blocking concurrency: Akka, Monix
- FP abstractions: Cats

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a qualified person to join our team.
- Your responsibilities as a Scrum Master would be:
- Establish and maintain an environment where the Development Team feels safe and can be effective
- Remove impediments to the Development Team's progress
- Encourage the Development Team to self-organize
- Promote trust, courage, focus, commitment, respect and openness within the Development Team
- Support Product Owner with ordering of Product Backlog, Feature prioritization and progress tracking of Features
- Support Product Owner with Program Increment planning and Program Increment preparation
- Ensure a good relationship between the Development Team and the Product Owner (or other project stakeholders, if required)
- Orchestrate Scrum Events (e.g. lead Sprint Retrospectives, support/lead Sprint Planning, ensure that Daily Scrum takes place, support Backlog Refinements and Sprint Review sessions)
- Support creation of Scrum Artifacts with constant inspection and adaptation approach

**Skills**:
Must have
- Technical background as for this role we are searching for someone who would understand bigger picture of existing IT solution
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in project management, communication or social sciences (degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field would be a great advantage)
- 2 + years of proven experience in Scrum Master field (previous work in any other agile development environment would be a plus)
- Advanced English

Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Lean Software Development) would be a plus
- Experience in the Archiving Domain would be a plus
- Experience in banking processes would be a plus
