**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas
- Wash, clean, and store all kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery efficiently
- Assist in waste disposal and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring timely supply of clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas as required
- Assist in stock management and report shortages or damages to supervisors
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly
- Support event setups and breakdowns as required
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a steward in a **luxury hotel or fine dining environment**:

- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- **Proficiency in English** is preferred; other language skills are an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
