we are hiring a femal arabic secrtary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will undertake a variety of tasks ranging from managing office supplies to coordinating communication between various departments and external parties. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and supporting the company's overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1-General Administration:
Manage and maintain the office environment, including handling office equipment, supplies, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Maintain and update company files, records, and documents both electronically and in hard copy.

2-Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the management and construction team.
Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees as required.
Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

3-Communication:S

erve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring effective and timely dissemination of information.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers as necessary, providing necessary information and facilitating smooth interactions.

4-Project Support:
Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and other relevant paperwork.
Help in the organization and distribution of construction-related documents and plans to the appropriate stakeholders.
Aid in the coordination of project-related meetings and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and follow-up actions.

5-Miscellaneous Tasks:
Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and payment tracking.
Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
