**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Leads the Housekeeping team and manages all team members related matters including, recruitment, performance management and staff development.
- Audits and Inspects all Housekeeping activities to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly Housekeeping Reports
- Ensures wastage is controlled and stock control policies & procedures are followed by all housekeeping staff.
- Oversees the management of hotel linen through accurate record keeping and investigating and resolving and losses/ damage to hotel linen.
- Ensures all Housekeeping Operating Equipment are controlled and managed in alignment with company procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in hospitality management
- 6 years working as an Executive Housekeeper or similar management role preferably in a medium to large hotel with luxury experience.
- Must have experience in controlling budgets and managing departmental costs of a Housekeeping Department.
- Must be Computer Literate and experience in Opera will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong Leadership Abilities and Organisational Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with an Eye for Detail.
- Passion for Developing Others.
