**Your Role**:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment (Split, VRF/VRV, Package Units, Rooftop Units, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

Technical Support
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for DX HVAC systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and projects teams during execution and commissioning phases.

Market & Project Management
- Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Support marketing activities such as product launches and technical seminars.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **Minimum 5 years preferably 7-10 years of experience** in HVAC sales, with strong exposure to **DX systems**.
- Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and large projects.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred
- Experience in Qatar market.
- Existing network of HVAC consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of DX systems solutions.
