Particapte in the planning, operation and construction of piplines and facilities through the progress of the various project stages.

**Responsibilities**:
1- Participate in operation department planning and scheduling requirements during the various projects phases, namely FEED, EPC, pre-commissioning, start up, Ramp-up / Ramp-down, and interim & transitional periods. Contribute in all FEED activites ( i.e. Design reviews, HAZOP, SIL study...etc.).

2- Coordinate work in progress, provide technical advice and assistance, resolve proplems and discuss issues with projects and within Dolphin Energy Downstream Operations, ensuring work is completed to required corporate standards and specifications and compliance with established safety and loss control procedures at all times.

3- Participate in identifying desgin, operating & maintenance and set point parameters, review and approve the method statement, risk assessments and material design specifications as well as advising the required permits, licenses and concessions.

4- Ensure all documents are updated and maintain custody of all operation documents and drawings related to all projects including where comments and alterations have been carried out.

5- Supervise the EPC contractor documents and Hook ups coordinating with the Downstream Operations Division & reviewing the content of the pre-commissioning dossier (i.e. system description with marked-up drawings with system/subsystem limits, check list, test list, as built drawings vendor's reports, specific procedures and tets, list of modifications, final punch list, ready for commissioning and commissioning procedures).

6- Coordinate with other Divisions/Departments and external related authorities as and when required.

7- Participate and attend site visits to witness the construction, testing, and commissioning activities ensuring the PSSR is completed for each of the projects.

8- Coordinate and participate in smooth handing over of assets from projects to operational phase.

9- Corridnate with the maintenance department and projects to ensure timely completion of all warranty related issues.

10- Perfom other similar or related duties as required or assigned by the Interface Specialist.
