**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and perfect high-end chocolate recipes including pralines, bonbons, bars, and showpieces.
- Supervise the entire chocolate production process from tempering to molding and finishing.
- Innovate new chocolate creations in line with seasonal and brand concepts.
- Maintain strict quality control on ingredients, shelf life, and final products.
- Train junior chocolatiers and ensure proper techniques are followed.
- Monitor production timelines, packaging, and inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and temperature standards.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in chocolate artistry or pastry arts.
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in chocolate work.
- In-depth knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration.
- Creativity, precision, and excellent hand skills.
