**About the role**:
As IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for helping us achieve the following:

- Manages a group of interrelated IT infrastructure projects in the assigned IT Work Programme, by establishing scheduling, delivery, resource dependencies and risk management across the projects to ensure the programme delivery in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
- Assists in drafting the IT Infrastructure strategy and contribute to the budgeting for IT Work Programme
- Ensure that the objectives for the programme are defined to enable measurement of success and reprioritization when conflicts arise
- Take ownership for delivery of the assigned programme and ensure the delivery of the new products or services from the projects are delivered within agreed cost and timescales, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
- Ensure that a consolidated work programme plan is established and maintained based on high level planning output from individual projects. Ensure the list of projects to be undertaken along with key attributes such as business priority is defined and maintained. Ensure that each project is initiated at the right time.
- Ensure that risks from individual projects are consolidated, prioritized based on risk exposure and resources are focused to manage risks with highest impact on the programme.

Qualifications

**About You**:

- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferred: Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Management.
- 12+ years of experience in leading IT projects, of which at least 3 years should be in successful management of large work programmes.
- Hands-on experience and practical knowledge of: data centre facilities and technologies; MPLS networks, large wireless LAN; large and integrated access control and video surveillance; special airport systems.
- Project management qualification e.g. PMP, PMI- PGMP, Prince 2 etc.
