**Overview**

JST is currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager. The PM will provide oversight and senior-level management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at various locations.

This is a full-time position located in Doha, Qatar. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

**Sr. Program Manager Responsibilities**
- Provides oversight and senior-level management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at various locations
- The Program Manager maintains and manages internal and external relationships and is responsible for corporate management briefings regarding overall program status, including all projects under their purview
- The Program Manager assigns resources and personnel to projects and is ultimately responsible for quality control and overall contract performance
- Directs the planning and management of single or multiple projects and retains overall responsibility for performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance
- Responsible for the overall success of the project/projects and ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented. Serves as the senior liaison to government and outside representatives and coordinates activities of support personnel

**Sr. Program Manager Qualifications**
- 12+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- PMP or equivalent
- Department of State experience highly preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to improve productivity and maximize efficiency
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Attention to detail and results oriented

**Required Clearances and Screenings**
- MUST have an active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
