**Job Purpose**:
To supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and ensure all facility-related tasks are carried out efficiently and safely, in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of maintenance staff, including technicians, cleaners, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) as scheduled.
- Assign and monitor tasks based on work requests received through CAFM/BMS systems.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for specialized services and follow up on completion and quality.
- Maintain records of work completed, tools, spare parts, and consumables used.
- Report equipment faults, incidents, and performance issues to the FM Engineer/Manager.
- Ensure all safety procedures and policies are followed at all times on-site.
- Support in preparing weekly and monthly reports on maintenance activities.
- Train and evaluate team members and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, in Hard services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and client complaints efficiently.
