Doha, Qatar Al Alia for Maintenance & Agriculture Full time

Al Alia for Maintenance and Agriculture seeking for HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and AHU (Air Handling Units), ensuring proper functionality and compliance, while coordinating with Ministry representatives and supporting other related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **routine maintenance and repairs** on HVAC systems and AHU units.
- Conduct **regular inspections** to ensure all units operate efficiently and safely.
- **Diagnose and fix faults** in HVAC systems (mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant-related).
- **Ensure proper operation** of all HVAC-related equipment according to standards.
- **Respond to breakdowns or urgent issues** in a timely and professional manner.
- **Coordinate with Ministry representatives** during site visits or compliance checks.
- **Maintain records** of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure **adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies**.
- Carry out **any other tasks related to HVAC** assigned by supervisors.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **HVAC system components**, including AHU units, compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.
- Ability to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance**.
- Familiarity with **basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting**.
- Ability to **read and understand basic technical diagrams** and manuals.
- Good **communication and teamwork** skills.
- Attention to detail and **ability to work under pressure**.
- Basic understanding of **safety protocols and tools**.
- Experience working with **government or Ministry representatives** is an advantage.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Technical diploma or certification** in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in HVAC maintenance.
- Previous work in **facilities management, hospitals, or commercial buildings** is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,501.00 per month
