**OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to prospective clients and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their value.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified time frame.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Monitor the competition, market conditions, and product development.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit activity and sales reports, including call reports, daily planners, and territory analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor/field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
