We are hiring for **Compensations and Benefits Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or business administration
- Minimum 2 years as a Payroll Officer, managing payroll for at least 1000 employees
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel (V Look up, Pivot Table)
- Experience with ERP software
- Familiarity with Qatar labor laws
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Transferable visa with NOC and valid QID
