The BMS (Building Management System) Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation, coordination, and maintenance of ELV systems (Extra Low Voltage), including fire alarm systems, conduits, cabling, and field devices. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating installation works, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and in accordance with project and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
- Perform diagnostics and resolve operational issues in the BMS and associated ELV systems.
- Coordinate and supervise installation of ELV system conduits, cabling, and field devices with the technical team.
- Operate and manage fire alarm and other life-safety systems.
- Liaise with specialized technicians (e.g., fire system, CCTV, access control) for system integration and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of system performance and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Ministry of Endowments or company management.

Rules & Conduct:

- Maintain strict confidentiality and security regarding all BMS-related data.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during installation and operations.
- Report any anomalies, malfunctions, or breaches of protocol immediately.
- Comply with Ministry and Company codes of ethics and behavior.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Certified training in BMS, ELV systems, or fire alarm systems is highly desirable.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of BMS and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with installation of conduits, cable routing, and device configuration.
- Proficient in using BMS software and related diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,001.00 per month
