Sports & Fitness Admin/receptionist

The role is expected to;
- Record and maintain data related to service.
- Assist in the organisation of events and short courses.
- Responsible for carrying out any necessary financial duties according to the Financial Procedures i.e. use of the till, handling money, cashing up, invoicing
- Maintain the booking systems and act as an information source on all aspects of the service.
- Answering questions from customers, prospective customers, referring customers to contact points from which they can obtain further information.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
**Our Requirements**:
*With Working experience in Sales, Basic Accounting, Administration and Customer Service, as long as trainable
*With Technical Skills in preparing reports
*With positive attitude and emotionally stable to handle customer complaints

2. With personal commitment to sustaining professional working practices in the workplace at all times including excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills
