**Job Title: MEP Electrical Site Engineer**
**Location: Doha, Qatar**

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**: Manage multiple MEP projects from design to completion, ensuring efficient execution and mínimal issues throughout the process.
- **Design & Installation Oversight**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and construction teams to ensure the correct design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems (MEP).
- **System Installation & Commissioning**: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Ensure all MEP systems meet the highest standards by conducting regular inspections and audits. Verify that systems adhere to relevant local and international building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- **Software & Documentation**: Use project management software, AutoCAD, and word processing programs to develop and update MEP plans, reports, and documentation.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Supervise the ongoing maintenance of MEP systems and handle any troubleshooting tasks to ensure the systems are operating efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure seamless coordination, efficient problem-solving, and successful project completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferably MEP).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, specifically overseeing MEP systems in private properties.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, electrical engineering principles, and facility maintenance best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and word processing tools.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external contractors.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on quality control and system maintenance, ensuring all MEP systems are installed and functioning to the highest standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Certifications**: Additional certifications related to MEP or electrical engineering will be an advantage.
