**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts in compliance with project requirements.
- Convert conceptual sketches into precise CAD drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to local regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate construction documents.
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and assist in project coordination.
- Maintain an organized library of project drawings and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Drafting, or a related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in a consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software**.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar's building regulations and codes**.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **high-rise buildings, residential, or commercial projects**.
- Familiarity with **BIM standards** and **3D modeling software**.
- Previous experience working in **Qatar or the GCC region**.
