- Operation of Equipment: Monitor and operate boilers, turbines, generators, and other power generation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Control Systems: Utilize control panels and monitoring systems to assess the status of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of power generation equipment; coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that power generation meets established standards for quality and efficiency; conduct tests and inspections as required.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations; participate in safety training and emergency response drills.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and equipment performance; prepare reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators, engineers, and maintenance staff to enhance operational efficiency and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in power plant operations or related fields is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical and technical skills with a focus on power generation equipment.
- Familiarity with control systems and monitoring software.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise.

**Work Schedule**:

- May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 plant operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR8,500.00 per month
