About the role

As a Senior Digital Performance Officer, you will be responsible to build automated digital performance, budgeting and cost efficiency reports and dashboards using Adobe, Google, Tableau or any other similar tools. You will be involved in implementing the right tracking mechanisms and attribution models for Digital Marketing. Assist in implementing the needed feeds and integrations in the Digital Marketing ecosystem to achieve better performance considering the IT security and Data protection requirements.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Support the digital marketing function in driving the revenue targets, penetration and cost efficiency targets. by providing accurate and insightful reporting, setting up the right data flown between components, the correct tracking and attribution mechanisms
- Ensure necessary data is properly collected through efficient tracking to be used in analysis reports (Adobe, Google, Firebase environment). Leverage reporting tools to create robust dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI (and any others)
- Implement data flow integrations between different components to continuously improve reporting as well as the ecosystem efficiency
- Contribute to establish the optimal data flow in the digital ecosystem allowing for more efficiency of digital campaigns and positively impacting ROIs, and decreasing costs of sale.
- Actively contribute to implement proper digital attribution modeling and help develop the most appropriate model for digital channels.
- Follow up on data protection and IT security requirements

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to join the Digital Marketing and Acquisition team
- A bachelor’s degree is minimum.
- 4+ years of hands on experience of building and automating digital performance, budgeting and cost efficiency reports
- Previous experience of analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data, and can connect the dots across all data and other insight to inform strong recommendations to improve performance
- Working knowledge/ability to easily learn data platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, SAS and PowerBI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as experience reporting on Marketing Data.
