**Major Responsibilities (Accounts Payable)**
- Handling Routine Payable work thereby ensure the smooth running of the AP section
- Ensure booking of all external invoices and internal expense claims reimbursement
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures and policies, on accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to corporation’s guidelines
- Responsible for the month end closing process of Accounts Payable Ledger
- Performing the reconciliation of Payable Ledgers with Supplier Statement
- Maintain excellent working relationship with external supplier and internal client
- Perform Additional duties assigned time to time to support the business

**Major Responsibilities (General Ledger)**
- Responsible for the efficient management of the General Ledger section
- Prepare and enter journal entries (monthly, adjusting, recurring, reversal)
- Analyse Monthly expense variance and Reconcile Balance sheet accounts
- Maintain detailed schedule of all balance sheet accounts
- Performing the month end and year end closing process
- Generate financial statements and footnotes to the financial statements
- Prepare for the audit work on assigned areas of responsibility
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and internal policies
- Develop and maintain systems, procedures and policies on General Ledger
- Perform Additional duties assigned time to time to support the business

**Qualification**
- Fifteen or more years of overall Experience in Accounting.
- Ten or more years of Core Experience in Accounts Payable & General Ledger.
- Five or more years of Hospital / Healthcare accounting experience.
- Five or more years accounting experience in Qatar.
- Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable in Oracle EBS environment.
- Proven experience of closing of books of accounts in Oracle EBS General Ledger.
- Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principle.

**Skills Requirements**
- Sound knowledge in working with Computer, Systems, Applications and ERP
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- High Level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adequate presentation skills for educating clients on procedures to be followed
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

**Experience & Knowledge Requirement**

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
