**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult with high‑profile clients to understand their unique hair goals and deliver specialized services such as precision cutting, multidimensional coloring, balayage, and advanced styling.
- Execute premium treatments using luxury hair products and tools, tailored to texture, health, and desired styles.
- Mentor junior and emerging stylists—training them on advanced technique, client service, and salon standards.
- Grow a loyal clientele via referrals, social media engagement, and outstanding service experience
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, station organization, and product inventory management within the salon.
- Model salon professionalism—attending trainings, staying current with trends, and representing the salon at events or shoots.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Professional certification** or diploma in cosmetology, hairdressing, or a related field. Cosmetology license required where applicable.
- **At least 2 years** of experience in a salon or with VIP clientele, ideally at the senior stylist level.
- Mastery of advanced hair techniques:hair cuts, coloring, and hair styling.
- Strong leadership ability to coach team members and manage service quality.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to tailor service to individual client preferences.
- Creative sensibility, attention to trends and detail.
- Excellent time management, organization, and adaptability for busy schedules, including peak times.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Hair Styling: 1 year (preferred)
