**Technical skills**
- System engineers should be familiar with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux

- able to design and implement backup and recovery solutions.
- Should be able to manage different systems such TAS, ACS, CCTV and IOT
- Can handle M365 subscription and manage user’s licenses.
- Ability to monitor M365 activities and logs.
- Managing all software copies and licenses and transferring them to the infrastructure team.
- Documenting all servers, software, and licenses in asset management system.

**Training and certificates**
- Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, M365, Azure administration, VMware, Linux, ITIL.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Systems engineer.

**Tasks and Job Role**
- Manage Private-Cloud and Azure cloud workloads
- Implement and Monitor Backups to ensure that all Mowasalat services have secure backup with availability
- Manage M365 subscription, handling licenses and users’ activities
- Manage Facilities systems such as TAS, ACS, CCTV, Video Wall systems and etc.
- Managing Active Directory and its audit tasks.
- Generating reports for users activities and taking actions such as Disabling inactive users, and removing licenses from inactive users
- Configuring and deploying Patch Management via SCCM & ECM
- Monitoring Windows servers via SCOM
- Intune Management
