We are seeking an experienced **MEP (Services) Draftsman** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit MEP documentation in compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Create drawings and facilitate DC2 submissions.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise and detailed drawings for electrical, drainage, and telephone systems, etc.
- Create comprehensive layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and other technical drawings required for MEP systems in residential and other projects.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback from project teams.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that all drawings are aligned with the overall project goals and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in drafting, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as MEP Draftsman.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in drafting electrical, drainage, telephone, and other MEP system designs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
