**Job Title: Part-Time Pastry Chef (Cakes & Pastries) - Partnership Opportunity**

**About Us**
We are expanding our central kitchen operations to supply high-quality cakes and pastries to our own cafés and partner outlets. We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef who is interested in a part-time role with potential for long-term collaboration and product development across our brands.

**Role Overview**
The selected chef will work closely with our team to develop unique pastry items, standardize recipes, and produce high-quality products that will be distributed to our cafés and concepts. This role is ideal for someone passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow through a partnership model rather than a traditional employment structure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and develop new pastry and cake items tailored for café service.
- Standardize recipes for consistent production in the central kitchen.
- Produce high-quality batches for distribution to multiple outlets.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and seasonal creations.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, particularly in cakes and café-style pastries.
- Strong creativity with a modern and appealing presentation style.
- Ability to create stable recipes suitable for bulk production and delivery.
- Willingness to work part-time and grow the collaboration into a long-term partnership.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for high-quality products.
