1. Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, and portioning food for cooking.
2. Support the Head Chef in cooking meals according to the menu, ensuring the quality and presentation meet company standards.
3. Follow standardized recipes and cooking instructions to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
4. Help in prepairing dishes and garnishing food items according to Kitchen specifications.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly.
6. Properly clean and maintain kitchen tools, utensils, and cooking equipment after use.
7. Assist in stocking kitchen supplies, checking inventory, and reporting shortages to the Head Chef.
8. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
9. Help the Head Chef plan and prepare menu items based on customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and daily specials.
10. Assist in organizing and delivering food orders to the delivery section area efficiently and in a timely manner.
11. Help in minimizing food waste by using ingredients efficiently and properly storing leftover food.
12. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal preparation.
13. Assist in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, especially during peak hours, by helping with tasks such as cooking, plating, and packaging.
14. Continuously improve culinary skills, learn new cooking techniques, and assist in training new kitchen staff when required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
