**Job Overview**:
As a Protection Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining protection systems to ensure the safety and reliability of our electrical infrastructure. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective strategies for system protection and fault management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement protection schemes for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct system studies, including short-circuit analysis, relay coordination, and load flow studies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve protection system issues, providing timely support during outages or disturbances.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate protection systems into new and existing installations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical protection.
- Provide training and support to junior engineers and technical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in protection engineering or a related role.
