**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact within the labor camp for all soft services operations, promptly reporting any incidents to the operations manager.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing operational issues such as replacing inactive employees and managing absenteeism.
- Ensure all sites are staffed with the required number of employees in a timely manner.
- Keep rosters and master lists up to date and provide accurate, real-time information to the operations manager as needed.
- Monitor supervisors’ compliance with camp procedures, including the proper use of bus checklists and team organization prior to departure.
- Generate daily employee attendance reports from the camp attendance system, identify absences, and report them immediately to the operations manager and HR department.
- Compile and reference records related to disciplinary actions and incident reports.
- Coordinate with the store to ensure that all required materials (chemicals and machinery) are delivered to sites on time, avoiding any delays.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an operations officer, preferably within a soft services department in a facility management (FM) company.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, persuasion, and reporting skills.
- A university degree in operations management or a related field.
