**Procurement Specialist - A Z Care Pharmacy (Preferred Pharmacist)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and procure pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers.
- Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Analyze purchasing data, market pricing trends, and consumption patterns.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy team to understand stock needs and forecast demand.
- Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, or product shortages.
- Prepare regular procurement and inventory reports for management.

**Qualifications**
- **Licensed Pharmacist** (preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market availability.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
